Okay, I’ll admit it. . . I totally talked my daughter into this camping birthday party for my own selfish reasons. I secretly would have LOVED this as a child and what’s the point in having kids if you can’t live vicariously through them. <insert woman shrugging shoulders emoji here>
I wanted so badly to design it and she’s pretty agreeable to my suggestions and color schemes. And I’ll have to say, I kinda went overboard and regret NOTHING. 😉

We hosted the party at my parent’s lakeside home which was so perfect given the camp theme. We did a scavenger hunt, painted rocks (just like you would at summer camp!) and went on an evening boat ride. Pretty much perfection. The only party that would come close is my other little girl’s Farmer’s Market party.
Everything went so smoothly and it was a relaxing time for everyone.
